I am limited right now for exercises....

Does anyone have any ideas on how to go about starting on muscle tone because I have this big fear of if I lose my 100lbs that my excess skin will be all yucky and just hang....is this a fear or do I need to do muscle toning to prevent that?

Unfortunately, some people do end up with excess skin. I think a lot of it depends on how old you are and your activity level. Lose weight smart. No instant dramatic weight loss. Slow and steady while eating good, healthy foods (lean proteins and lots of veggies). Walking daily and lifting weights 3 times a week will help you to achieve your goals. Weight lifting is one of the best ways to sculpt the body you want. It doesn't have to be heavy grunt style weights and "No" ladies, you will not become muscle bound! Increase your muscle mass and you increase your metabolism instantly! I am an RN and was a fitness trainer for over 20 years. Good luck! Norene
