I've heard of doing simple workouts while sitting at an office desk.....anyone with ideas?

If you have some money, there are mini bicycles available to keep under your desk. If you can find a quiet one, you can pedal while you're working all day. If you have time, I also suggest taking a walk during your lunch break. A lot of women in my office keep sneakers under their desk for their lunch hour walks.

Yes, while you're sitting at your desk, you may consider a stretch about every 20 minutes!
Also, try to squeeze your abs as many times as possible through out the day!
Another thing you may want to do is put one hand in the otherand push/pull. for example, push out with your right hand, and pull back with your left. do this a few times per hour.
Other's may think you're going crazy, but start to fidget! You know what I'm talking about! Start bouncing your legs like you're listening to your favorite tune. Kind of like that guy who sits next to you who drinks waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much coffee! Ya, just like that!
Stay as active as you can, even when you're sitting at a desk!

tee hee! I like to do little butt squeezes at my desk - I don't THINK anyone notices - but I do get funny looks sometimes! :^}

Oh, there are so many exercises that you can do at the office desk! I usually train the abs and gluteal muscles with simple contractions. Look, there are a lot of guides on the Internet. But it’s best to get up from the table and do easy exercises.
