More importantly...

should we log masturbation? Because really, I know a lot of people who aren't having sex all that regularly, but let's not kid ourselves, everyone likes to fly solo occasionally.

Only if you're really working those core muscles. Otherwise the only benefit you're getting is no more significant that, say, using a peppermill.

My mastubation is quite athletic. And no "occasional" about it. My heartrate is definitely up, and I credit it for my great abs. There's more to "flying solo" than just grinding your proverbial peppermill.

I think this would be the perfect time to utilize that heart rate monitor. I'll post my numbers this evening!

OP here: yeah, I'm not an "occasional" explorer either, but i know some seem to do it frighteningly rarely. Anyone have much experience with female ejaculation? i feel like the core muscles and bladder muscles must be contracting more when i squirt, but really hard to tell...

Well, if you're worried about offending your fellow group members, you could log it as "Kegels and biceps - 2 hours".

I own vagina weights-so I'm thinking I could count the masturbation as cardio and kegel's afterwards as a resistance workout!

It's because you are ashamed that you too are a masturbator! Don't be ashamed! Embrace it! Masturbation has a world of benefits!

Stress relief!
Bonding time with oneself!
It IS Safe SEX-no diseases or babies with this method!
Encourages a healthy Imagination
Relieves menstrual cramps

And for those who think it's wrong for religious reasons, here's an article I found that says just the opposite:

You're not a freak for squirting. I do it sometimes. I thought that it was impossible for me to do it but it's all about technique I guess:P I'm pretty sure all women are able to do it but some just don't know how.

And it cures cravings!

I find it's a really good way to distract myself from cravings. After sme quality time with King Tut, I find I don't really need that ice cream any more!

LOL!!!! I can say from hard (no pun intended) earned experience that when I give my hubby a hand job I am REALLY working those arm muscles, so I can really fatigue myself. Should I claim that as a workout? Please....

vaginal weights

The Good Vibrations in SFO sells them. Not only are they good for helping you to "keep a grip" so to speak, they're good at strengthening the pelvic floor so you're less likely to pee a little when you sneeze hard.

I don't think I "squirt" but my best friend says she does, quite a bit. I thought that was pretty funny since she's a very good girl Mormon, virgin when she was married and too embarrassed to tell her Mom or gyno when it happened. I dragged her secret out of her, then told her it was perfectly normal, had read about it, etc.
