I started this about 3 weeks ago. I got sick this last week with a pretty nasty cold so I had to take a week off and I'm repeating a week now, but I absolutely love it!!! By starting gradually you can really feel your body take to running. I've actually gotten a little addicted to it. Hope you all enjoy it!!!

I'd love to start too! Running is really hard for me.. I'm at a healthy weight but just don't have a very high level of fitness. This looks like a good plan.

Graham?

Hey there to the person that started this thread...are you in Graham, WA? I'm just outside of Gig Harbor! I've been doing to Cto5K for a few weeks now...tomorrow is the start of Week 4 for me.

There's going to be a 5K/8K at Northwest Trek in September and I plan on making that my goal...to be able to finish it, and ideally I'd like to be able to do the 8K, not just the 5K. I just went online and bought a treadmill today (won't be here for 2 or 3 weeks though) so I can get more running in.

Let me know if you have any questions or just want to chat with someone local!

My screenname here is yurasi.

Have a good night and a great week!
