Does anyone have some healthy ideas for my breakfast tomrorrow morning???? I'm following the weight watchers plan.

when i was on WW - i use to do a serving of cheerios or special k, with a fruit, and turkey sausage or egg (a mixture of carb, fruit, and protein) i don't remember the actual points. or sometimes i'd cut out the protein and do the cereal with fruit (just depends on the morning and day)

how about non-fat Greek or Meditteranean Yogurt? Fage Yogurt or Trader Joe's is good. It has the consistency of sourcream, but no fat and no additives either (i.e. pectin or anything like that.)

Good with some fresh fruit?

Whole grain english muffin (there's one that's only 1 pt), with egg beater, a little cheese, spicy mustard, and some turkey. YUM!

I like having Kashi Cinnamon Harvest Cereal with 2% milk and a little splenda.
it's very filling! And relatively low in points.
