gee, i feel extremely gross, now. i currently wear a size 20. i am down from a 24. i was psyched until i read how awful it was for her to realize how big a person has to be to fit into that size.

Don't feel gross! i am a size 20 and i know i have a long way to go, but don't feel gross; i don't. i was actually inspired to know that if i follow through this plan that i could be that skinny girl behind the size 20 pants and i am going to do it and you can too :-)

It wasn't made to make anybody feel awful! You should be psyched thats a HUGE difference. I bet it feels great for you to put on you old size 24 pants and realize that you'll never go back there. When I seen her pics I thought " If she can do it, I can too!" and thats how you should feel. You are already living it! Keep up the good work!

well, unfortunately i can't change the way i feel just becasue you're encouraging me to do so. i have to think deeply a bit about it all and try to recognize my accomplishments, even if i am gross to some who have already reached their goals.
