step one- find a picture of a brownie.

Step two- Look longingly at the picture.

Step three- Drink a glass of water and try to convince yourself that you don't even like brownies to begin with.

Step four- realize that a glass of water will never taste as good as a brownie, sob.

no pudge brownies are a brand. It's a mix that comes in a pink box. I think its basically just regular brownie mix but instead of mixing in eggs and oil you only use 2/3 cup of fat free vanilla yogurt

No Pudge brownies, as the 2:23 poster mentioned, are an actual brand. They are carried at Trader Joe's and in many supermarkets. Look for the pink box with the pig on the front. They are AWESOME!

Also - if you take a regular brownie mix and use applesauce instead of eggs and oil, that gives you a good lower-fat brownie. I don't have an exact measurement but I'm sure someone does.

Most supermarkets carry it now. You can also make it one at a time, just use 2 tbsp mix and 1 tbsp ff vanilla yogurt. You can also use applesauce but the yogurt is better. My husband loves them but he uses regular yogurt. Also the mix is pretty much like regular brownie mix but no egg yolks. It also comes in other flavors but I think the original is the best.

the brownies may be low-fat but they have a lot of sugar. remember that when enjoying ONE. i think many people tend to over eat the low-fat or fat-free food options with little or no regard for the amount of sugar. just wanted to put this out there.

For the people that have made a single serving, how did you do it? Did you cook it in the toaster oven?

I would like to cook them only when I'm craving them and just looking for a good way to do that.

For a single serving, I make them in the microwave. I've also found that they're good with flavored yogurt (strawberry light & fit is one of my faves with it). Dab some FF cool-whip on top and mmmmmmmmmm :)
