Working Out

Gotta Question...
What would be the best way to go about this? I have the core secrets and the slim in 6 routines along with a bunch of spot training tapes. I also have an elliptial trainer. This is what I am thinking of doing...
Working out saturday thru thursday. Since its not a good Idea to strength train 2 days in a row i was thinking about every other day.

So it would be like this...
Sat: Video & 3o min elliptical
sun: 1 hr elliptical
Mon: video & 30 min elliptical
Tues: 1 hr elliptical
wed: video & 30 min elliptical
Thrus: 1 hr elliptical
Fri: resting day.

This would work right?

As long as you are moving and using up more calories then you are taking in then it will work!
