peertrainer should sponsor a fat clothes donation

to a halfway house to girls in a foster care system or other emergency women's relief. we can have paper bag barrels made with the peer trainer logo and website on them and put them in every gym in the country. sisters helping sisters and giving away our fat clothes. every goodwill has skinny clothes, but who has clothes for the big women?

who's with me?

who will give away her expensive plus sized business suits to that wear2work charity cause they ask for them.

I'm with you

Last year I donated a lot of my size 18s/20s to a women's shelter nearby, and this spring I donated my 14s/16s to Goodwill. Now I have 10s/12s, and this time they're actually NICE clothes because I was finally able to shop at stores like Ann Taylor and Banana, so I would like to see them go to someone who can really use them.

GREAT!

I just gave away fat and skinny clothes, since I refuse to allow myself to be haunted by all my skinny clothes and I figure while I'm still at a tight 14 and loose 16, I'll get nicer clothes instead of hiding in plain jane ones. But I think it's a great idea to get rid of clothes as we get leaner. With the new duds I bought, they should still be new when I move on down! If anyone has ideas for a logo we can use, please post it!

LOL.

Sure if you can get a guy to dump his old stuff. I know guys that run around in the same jeans for 10 years.

anyone know where we can get cardboard barrels done up?

I think this is a great idea. I have donated some of my old clothes before and I'm sure I can find some stuff in my closet to give away
