Exercise problems since i'm in awheelchair.

Since I'm in a wheelchair and can't drive, it's proving very difficult finding exercise I can do besides my Total Gym. The only issue is that strength isn't a problem for me, mainly toning, since I've lost over 100 lbs in a year and a half, so my stomach has a whole lot of excess skin. So I `was wondering if anyone knows of exercise I can do for toning?

can you get in and out of your chair easily? what about trying sit-ups?

Unfortunately, toning may not do anything for excess skin. Not that it's not worth trying, as it's definitely good for you, but if you don't see your skin tighten, you still may be toning the muscle underneath; it's just unfortunate that skin doesn't always snap back like elastic!

I can get out of my chair and I am constantly doing cruncnches. I also go to the local YMCA, but am findingit hard to work out when I can't get to the Y.
