Any new memeber that have joined WW? I'd love to help. I've been on WW for 3 weeks and have lost 10 pounds! I'm so psyched! I would love to lose more...faster...but it won't stay off long term. This time around is about long term & healthy.
You DON"T have to be a member to join the group. If you have questions;Ask away. I'm in my 30s, trying to lose 50+ & am getting married in November, If you fit any of those points...Please join. If not, but you are an active "profiler" I'd love to here from you too!
I journal almost everyday. I only spend 15 minutes in the morning and before I go to bed. (It keeps me out of the kitchen & inspired!) Please make sure to fill out your profile in full. Try to write out your menu the night before. It is all about planning. You can do it! You know what is in the fridge! LOL. You can plan it. Take the 15 minutes for yourself. You are aloud. It is your job to take care of yourself. No one else will.
Also, because of my 15 minutes of planning every evening and my fiance has lost 14 pounds in 3 weeks as well. We are going to be 2 hotties on our wedding day! I hope you are too!
Be "good" today. Stay out of the kitchen & go to the gym! :)
