Have you read any of it, or are you just deciding that based on nothing?

If you actually take some time and have a look, it's an interesting read. It's dieting from an engineering perspective.

Oh, and it's a completly free book, which you can read online.

Definetly not spam.

I've read it and I quite enjoyed it. It's pretty much already the approach I was taking and it ties right into Peer Trainer. It's unfortunate that a few really gung-ho folks have made it so that no one can offer up a recommendation for something they found helpful...
