Join group that uses OA concepts to change behavior

We are focusing on the behavioral changes required to overcome binge eating, emotional eating, and other dysfunctional eating patterns that contribute to compulsive overeating. The 12 steps of the Overeaters Anonymous program provide some guidance regarding topics and options for consideration as we explore new relationships with food and with ourselves. Join us!

OA

Yes, I'd like to joing your group....have you started one? I worked OA years ago and lost the most weight I've ever lost, 60 pounds. In fact, while not actively involved in a group, I do work with my higher power (God) daily with my food and emotional issues.
