When no one is looking

Since I have joined PT I have changed so many things in my life. One thing I think about alot is how I always thought "If no one is looking-it doesn't count"
How many of you have done this and why do we do it when we KNOW it counts? I just find it interesting to know how many people out there have done this.

I used to take a spoonful of something (usually ice cream) and not log it. A little shady, but the trouble was that seconds or thirds might soon follow. Now if I want something, I just measure out a decent portion and stick to it. No guilt, cause it's all being counted.

I dance and sing in the shower; I blast my ipod through speakers in the bathroom, totally embarassing music, and just pretend that my husband and neighbors can't hear! (we live in a condo with kinda thin walls)
