I love peanut butter

If you love peanut butter as much as me you will love this. I take natural Peanut butter about 2 tbls. and mix with about 1 - 2 tablespoons of water and mix well either by hand or blender. it whips up very lightly and actually doubles your portion without doubling the calories - so delicious for dipping apples, celery, etc.

peanutbutter

I love to heat up peanutbutter and put it on all types of toasted bread. Ialso love to dip fruit in it. I can definatly get too much of it though. The key is moderation.

when i have to have peanut butter, i spread it on a banana, apple slices (with raisins on top) or on celery. It tastes just as good, but then at least I'm eating something just a big more healthy altogether. I love peanut butter :-)

???

What do mean, 9:45, by "Also in your stomach when you mix peanut butter and fruit it won't be the best thing... "? I mix things together all the time (salsa on eggs, cheese on bread, butter on toast just to name a few) - is peanut butter something that you shouldn't dip things into?

Peanut butter

I love peanut butter too. I even like the lowcall kind. 2 tbl are 190c. Not bad as long as you don't go overboard. Convient when you don't have time to grab lunch in the morings. Peanut butter and crackers here I come. I've tried turning my kids on to peanut butter and toast, but what do they know?

agreed! I like to eat it with a spoon and *maybe* jam. No tainting with bread, etc., necessary.

But until those last 5 come off, it's just peanut butter south beach bars for me (which are darn tasty!)
