you go girl!! Hey, do you ever just look in the mirror and give yourself a compliment? try to do this more, and you might find yourself seeking approval from other people less... afterall, we can only really depend on ourselves.... especially when dieting.

Just tell yourself, "okay, I'll give it a month and re-evaluate." Weigh yourself and take measurements, and write it all down. Then, give it a month. Then, re-weigh and re-measure. You will see results. Think about how much results you'd see if you kept it up for another month, then another, then another. You'll get there!!!

And just remember that the weight didnt' come on overnight; it has to come off in the same manner!

to see big differences you will have to change your diet, it is 90% of the change. Exercise is so important, but if the diet is out of wack nothing else will really change much.

I completely understand your frustration. I've been facing the same thing lately. Something that has helped me is to break down my overall goal into weekly managable goals. Then I focus on the small successes and know that as I continue to make these improvements, over time I'll see my overall goal being attained. When I started it may have been as simple as resisting the break room goodies or drinking 8 glasses of water a day. Now that those healthy habits are in place, I focus on extending workout times, or adding an extra day of exercise during the week. Any steps we take to being healthier , no matter how small, are great accomplishments!

good luck, and don't get too discouraged!
