Jari Love?

The June issue of Fitness highlighted her 'Ripped 1000' video. Her website has tons of seductive befores and afters. Anyone have any experience with her videos? Thx for looking! :)

I do her videos RELIGIOUSLY 2-3 times a week whenever my schedule allows. I have all of her video - 5 total and I rotate them based on how I feel that day because some, like Ripped 1000, is very difficult but well worth it so I do it when I have had enough rest/sleep. Ripped, is the easiest one while Ripped to the Core and Slim and Lean both have VERY long super sets so gage your weights accordingly. I HATE the gym, I've thrown so much money away on it and now I work out at home with Jari's videos and go for long walks for cardio. I'm not really overweight but I've never had the nice muscle definition I have now. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE VIDEOS

I have her Ripped 1000 and it is GREAT. That means a lot coming from me because I only like workouts that leave me dripping with sweat and sore the next morning. I just got Get Ripped & Chiseled in the mail today and will be doing it in the morning.

She is a great instructor and DVD's are not expensive.

I just order Ripped 1000 from collage video and its great. Its not the hardest workout ever but its a challenge and my arms are shaping up.

Check out www.collagevideo.com and put in her name as the instructor. I get all my videos from there because you can see them first. Plus you can send them back if you don't like them!!

Ha! I just logged on to ask this same question!

Do I need any equipment to do the videos? Hand weights or anything?

I love Jari's DVD's, excellent workouts. I don't workout at the gym, hateit so I have setup a room with all my gym equipment. I have dumbbells ranging in weights of 1- 25 lbs. Most toning and weight DVD's do require you to have bands, balls or dumbbells ranging from 1-25 lbs which I do but you can always improvise, until you build up to heavier weights. The DVD will or should tell you on the back or on the website what equipment is needed. As 10:40 stated I also purchase my DVD's from CollageVideos since I can view them before buying.
