"No Pudge" brownie mix reviews?

Anyone tried no pudge brownie mix... add yogurt and bake? It is about $3.29 a box here and I wanted to know if they were worth it. Supposed to be nonfat brownies... I posted to one of my groups and one gal said they were great, just wanted to hear from others.

They are yummy-but careful, even though they're low-fat, they still have lots of sugar!

They are wonderful, but you can add yogurt to the regular brownie mix and it be fat free too! I often don't make the brownies. I just eat the mix!

These are loaded with sugar. I fell in to that trap during the lowfat dieting craze - I didn't really look at the sugar I was consuming and kept eating low fat. I ended up gaining 60 pounds and I kept getting low blood sugar because I wasn't eating enough good fats and protein! So, be carefull. I think these, like other low fat foods, can be a dangerous road.

Very often, when they make foods into low fat foods, they do it by replacing the fat with sugar. So watch out!
