Stay Consistant

I'd have to say to just hang in there and try to walk more. Writing down what you're eating really does seem to help question yourself when you are eating something you know you probably shouldn't. I know it sounds weird but when you are consistent with writing it down you'll really start to second guess what you're putting in your mouth or second guess how much you're putting in.

Possibly start out with trying to write down as much as you could, that will be a good start. Accountability REALLY seems to help.

Try and move more, or walk more. I felt the same as you with wanting to see fast results and if I didn't then I felt like I was wasting time. Water is only going to help. Walking some nights is only going to 'help'. Being consistent is what is going to show results.

I need really practice what I am preaching here. I also need to walk more and drink more water. I HATE water and have to force it down. I wish I could drink 2.2 liters a day. Good for you.

Keep it up and try to commit to at least a little more for now. We all know what we are doing right and wrong and what we could do more of or eat less of, etc. We're all in this together and with the help of one another we could accomplish our goals.

Keep up the good work and keep up posted! :-D

thanks for the encouragement... i went to linens and things and got this little jug that holds 2.2 liters..(8 80z of water) i put flavored stevia (a good source of sugar substitute found in any health food store).. I do manage to get the whole thing down... i will try to walk more and write things down,. after i had my little tantrum before .. i stepped on the scale and i lost 1 pound.. ok so that is at least something!! i can hold onto that!!
