Im so proud of myself you guys, I officially started my diet yesterday here on PT and well.. late last night when I usually have a midnight snack I was feeling a tad bit snacky and I actually didn't have a snack! and the bag of dorito's was sitten right next to me callen my name and I denied them! :D and today well I'm actually hungrey for once! lol yesss PT is helping me out , its like there is a magical vibe it sends out! I'm so proud and happy! now I kno things can only go up from here!
