Phase I recipe for FSD
Can anyone give me 1 or 2 recipes for phase 1 of the fat smash diet?

I don't exactly have any recipes, because I'm just starting out myself, but I've tried cooking the brown rice with carrots and peas and putting a little olive oil in it, that seemed to of been good
and take some banana's strawberries and vanilla yogurt blend it to make a smoothie, thats good as well...
I kno thats probably no help once so ever, but hopfully it did a lil bit of help. If I come up with anything otherwise I'll let you know.

lunch: 1/2 cup brown rice with 1 1/2 cup black beans and 2 tsps salsa, 1/2 cup salad
snack: 1/2 cup salad
dinner: saute tofu with shredded carrots, and onions, and 2 egg whites.

try making chilli with beans. instead of using meat...use grilled pineapple...we loved it.
