Wendy Plan?

I have heard of the Wendy Plan where you try to mix up your diet to prevent your body from adjusting to a specific approach.

Has anyone tried this? Does anyone know where to find more info? I tried diong a search on these threads, but found nothing,

My did this 5 years ago on the advice of our family doctor. Our doctor and his wife, who is a doctor, both did WW and plateaud. They went to the nutricianist of Allina clinic and she told them to bounce around on your points so your body doesn't get used to a certain amount of calories every day.

My mom lost 50 pounds by doing this and has kept it off for 3 years.

Here's a trick:

Let's say your allowed 24 points a day. Times that by 7 for a weekly total. Stay at that point balance at the end of the week, but one day have 20, the next 24 the next 20, the next 30, etc. etc......
