Cheating on diets
With the holiday tomorrow being celebrated with BBQ's and such, I was wondering what everyone's mentality is as far as treats and "cheating" go. Do you go all out? Do you have a taste? Or do you stick to your plan?
I plan to workout harder than normal in the A.M. and then splurge a little, but be good overall.

Good idea. Binging is bad, it makes the next day alot harder unless you have a hangover to deal with. So I recomend just treating yourself a little.

I "plan" on sticking to my diet. We're going to BBQ so I've prepared veggies to grill that work with my diet. Plus I plan on making desserts, yogurt & berries that fit w/ my diet too, I may cheat on portion control a bit. : )
