Just Turned 30 and need to lose 50 - 100
I just turned 30 on May 12, 2007. For most of my life I have vowed to lose weight for my next birthday, and my next birthday, and my next birthday...but I'd actually end up being bigger than I was the year before. But I'm tired of doing that, and I want my 30's to be everything they're supposed to be without the stress of being overweight and looking at a stranger in the mirror everyday. I want to celebrate by throwing a huge party for anyone who's turning 30 this year, and gets down to or near their goal weight by fall of next year. I'm a christian girl, so he party will clean, but FUN and will be in the NYC vicinity. Are you down??!! Join this group! I look forward to training with you, losing with you, and then partying with you!!!

not to be too critical, but 50 - 100 lbs is a HUGE range. I think you need to get specific and honest with your goals if you want to be successful.
