Low Cal soft food

Hi everyone,

I'm having my wisdom teeth taken out this friday and I can't workout and can only eat soft foods. Any ideas as to what soft foods I can eat that are super low-cal? Any suggestions would be great. I can't workout either, so the lower cal the better. Please don't lecture me about nutrition. I will not starve myself, promise. :)

fat-free yogurt, skim milk (both have calcium that will help the jaw heal faster) and I like the superfood nutrition drinks you can get at health stores and such.

sugar free jello with fat free redi-whip. oh so soothing for a sore mouth, refreshing for the summer, and good source of protein. A 1/2 c serving of jello is 10 cal, and 2 T of the ff whipped cream is 25 cal. I also find that it is filling. Good luck!

I'd go for a protein shake or a meal replacement shake.
