I hate my tri's! Im only 23, and they hang down like jello flags! Im already on top of my cardio and diet and I do workout my tris, but what else should I do? Anything specific?

I know that I hated my arms for such a long time and I worked out and worked out and worked out, and they still looked nasty. I did the elliptical and free weights, but it didn't help. Once I lost a lot of weight, I started shadow-boxing with weights and now my arms look amazing. I thought I'd get bulky with how pudged out they were before, but it didn't happen. So that's what I recommend. It worked for me.
...And a friend of mine swears by Taebo for the arms, so if you can put up with Billy Blanks for 45 minutes a day, more power to you.

Just buy a boxing instruction video or book, and instead of actually hitting someone/something, just hit at the air. It's a lot easier on your joints and it's really fun. You look silly doing it, but whatever.
