for the record

some posters assume that everyone on this site is over weight, there are some people on this site who us it as a tool to maintain weight, track work outs and monitor their health. It is a great site for athletes to log their goals and workouts.

Don't I know it! I actually started a group for offseason athletes so that we keep up training so that we can get right back into it when the season picks up.

It's the motivation that's so powerful and keeps everyone coming, for whatever reason we're all coming.

But hellooo - how do you think I got to be this way?? You think once you hit a weight you have to be a pig again? Jeez

I'm here for the same reason; to maintain, to track workouts, to reach more extreme fitness goals. I actually made my log private, but I still post/read comments on these boards.
