how much wt loss after menstration?
ok so ive been workn out like crazy x5 a wk..and i was seeing great progress then im like stuck no wt loss no wt gain but i was on my period and im getting off it...but since i last checked im so scared to check again lol ...but curious after the menstration id should see something right?

Back when I was doing WW and following the program to the letter, I would have a 1-2 lb weight loss every week except the week I had my period. Then next week I would more often than not have an exceptional weight loss. I put this down to water retention while mentruating. It was very predictable and its probably what you're seeing too.

Oh, and pickles did the same thing. Never have a pickle within two days of weighing in!

any thing with hhigh levels of salt (sodium) or msg will cause water retention.
acutally most any chips
or just salting your food heavely

yes, also sushi, or basically anything with soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, etc. Anything salty!

sushi itself doesn't have much sodium in it-in fact it's practically sodium free-it's the soy sauce some people smother it with that has a lot of sodium!
