The Firm???

I've heard a lot about The Firm workout program or DVD and it's sparked my interest.

I did a search on Amazon and found a few different The Firm workout DVD's. Is there one specific one those that love it are speaking about?

I also found a link and was wondering if that is what everyone is speaking about. Help!?!?!

I have 2 of the firm. And really don't enjoy them. I can get alot more done in the time period with my own workout. Elliptical, bike, going for a walk or run. My sister uses it all the time and loves it. I think it depends on what you have for time and what you ejoy. The link you showed is the one I have. It will work IF you use it and keep up with it. Just make sure it looks fun to you before you buy it.

The Firm Complete Aerobics and Weight Training with Emily Welsh as the instructor is the best 60 min total body weight/cardio interval workout I have from the FIRM. I don't think you can get it on the site anymore, but you can find it on ebay.

I use The Firm dvd's and love them. I have a set that came with a step thing that adjusts from 6in to 18in and an incline. There are 3 dvd's with the set that range from 35 to 50 min workouts. I bought them at Target a couple of years ago, not sure if they're still available there. I also have a Firm stability ball and dvd that's a 30min workout - I got it at Hy-Vee 6-7 months ago.
