high fiber breakfast?

How much fiber is considered "high fiber"?

25 grams a day is healthy, so I'm assuming 1/3 of that for breakfast.

I generally consume 5-6 grams at breakfast and get the rest through whole grains (never less than 4 g per serving), veggies (think brocolli, carrots, asparagus, etc) and fruit.

wonder if theres such a thing as too much fiber. I eat 1 1/2 of oatmeal a day 1/3 of the oatmeal being bran added. Throughout the day i have vegi's with fiber in them.
