Here's a link to two google/youtube video clips about "the beck diet solution". Its not a diet itself, but a guide to help you change the way you think and negative behaviors. You can use any diet or eating plan with it. I saw the CNN interview when it aired online and lost 10 lbs in 3 weeks just implimenting what I gleaned from it.

Thanks for the link! As someone who follows the Beck Solution, both of these videos bugged me a bit (in different ways).
In the one from CNN, the reporter talks way too much... She does less interviewing than just stating her own (false) opinions. And during a huge portion of Dr. Beck's talking, they have her off screen and instead show a TON of chocolate in just about every form... What is this for????
The one from the Today show was better, but in the follow-up piece with their own nutritionist, they call it "the Beck Diet" several times... I think this leads people to believe it's a diet plan in and of itself, which is not the case. It's a mental conditioning plan to use along with whatever diet you choose (in fact, they mention Volumetrics as an alternative, which is the diet I use with the Beck Solution).
Sorry for the rant... Bad reporting irks me. =)
