Iron (ferrous gluconate) - I had anemia when I was pregnant and was exhausted all the time, taking this daily completely changed my energy level. After having my baby I stopped taking it and was totally exhausted, but thought it was just because of having a little one to look after! But after 4 months, and him sleeping throught the night since 6 weeks, I was still exhausted. Started taking iron again, and boom, energy level way back up.

I'm a huge fan of Dihydrogen monoxide (DHMO). I couldn't live without it. I like taking a hit of DHMO while working out- it really gives me a boost.

wrong on the Centrum- it is the single WORST supplement you can take. Full of rocks and synthetic substances. You need to take a whole food based supplement with no fake stuff.
