feeling guilty...

why is it that i am "obsessed" with eating/my weight? i can have a perfectly good day (60+ exercise & appropriate amount of calories), but still go to bed feeling terrible about myself?!?

I know what you mean. Sometimes it is so hard to just be content with the way things are, to be proud of yourself when you accomplish something. And you have accomplished something. You are excersizing and eating right. Way to go.
Try and focus on the possitive changes and not the "I have so far to go"
When you diet and excersize you are being good to your body, to yourself. Be proud of you.

I read somewhere that if you think you'll be happy when you lose the weight, you're wrong. If you're not happy with your life now, being thinner won't help. If you feel terrible about yourself when you have a perfectly fine day as far as exercise and calories go, you need to find your self-worth in somewhere other than your weight.
