Anyone the same as me??

Hey people! I'm 20 years old and I gotta admit, i'm not quite what people would consider fat. However, I want to find people that aren't quite comfortable in their bodies and would be willing to support and advise me on how to tone up my body and become comfortable with it!!

I will be equally supportive as it would just be such a consolation to find people that feel the same as I do!

Pilates, Yoga, and weight training are great for toning. Pilates has worked best for me, and it's really fun.

Getting overweight causes the start of serious health issues at an early age, so we should be aware of our weight gain. As a writer review my opinion is that we should exercise daily for an hour and consistency with this routine.
