Best way to lose weight?

I'm exercising heaps and watching my food intake. Trying to have protein and lots of low cal foods and not have too many carbs...anything else I can do to speed up weight loss? I'm 21 and am exercising at least 5 days a week for an hour doing various cardio classes and yoga/body balance.

Make sure you are drinking plenty of water...water, water, water! I've heard the slightest dehydration can cause your metabolism to slow.

Sometimes we can do everything right and the weight just doesn't come off. Stick with it and do what's right for your body, even if the weight doesn't come off. You'll be healthier for it. When this happens to me, I get SO FRUSTRATED!! I want to choke the "experts" who say: "burning more calories than you take in WILL equal weight loss - it's physics, it' HAS to work". Yeah, yeah, yeah, blah, blah, blah.
