Confession

Last night I saw a pic of an old friend who I no longer talk to (we had a falling out after years of living together). After I moved out, we both gained weight. But I haven't seen her for several years and I was content to think that I was losing weight (slowly but steadily), while she was still fat. But last night I saw a picture of her and she is thin again, looks really good, and I am SUPER JEALOUS!

Is that awful or what?

well, it's awful for you. jealousy affects the jealous person more than other people. try turning those jealous feelings into admiration for your friend and emulate her instead of feeding off of horrible feelings and bringing your self down.

No, it's not awful, it's MOTIVATION. You can do it too!

Use your negative emotions to fuel your weight loss. Yesssss... soon your jouney to the dark side will be complete!

But, seriously, if you've got negative emotions, you might as well put them to good use. If jealousy will help fuel your desire to lose weight, use it.
