for Men- protein

Guys- I was reading in Men's Health that if you are working out with weights and doing cardio 4 to 5 times a week you should be consuming .8gram per lb of protein is there any truth to that?

I think it's .8g per pound of lean body mass, so you need to do all that math subtracting out your body fat percentage. Like if you weigh 200lbs and have 20% body fat, your lean mass is 160 lbs x .8 = 128g protein.
