diet pills????!

I've just recently started a new job, and in one month have gained ten pounds! I go from eating healthy to binging and I dont know what to do. I have never tried/considered diet pills/supplements before, but I dont know what else to do. I think some of the weight is stress related, but its also just from a lifestyle change. I used to hit the gym for at least an hour 6 days a week, and now I can barely make it there once a week. I have no energy and besides wanting to feel better physically, i need to boost my plummeting self esteem. Any ideas???

I am looking for something (diet pill/supplement--anything!) that boosts my energy and maybe helps control my appetite a bit.

Are they safe? What are the best?

apples are a delicious, natural, inexpensive and effective appetite suppressant. find a variety that you like, or try a different one each day. 1 in the morning, 1 at lunch and 1 at dindin. they give you a boost of energy, too. seriously, try apples before turning to pills. there are no long term, negative side effects associated w/ eating apples.

Start going to the gym again- at first, it's gonna suck (as you've discovered) but it'll do several things for you.

First, it'll relieve some of the life change stress you're feeling- it's a familair, comfortable activity that you have control over. Plus, exercise is a great stress reducer.

Second, it will boost your energy- a body in motion tends to stay in motion...

Third, you'll feel better physically.

Fourth, you'll boost your self esteem a lot beter at the gym then you will with diet pills.

I know it seems like you'll never be able to get back where you were (trust me, much experience at this) but you just need to get yourself back in your routine.

The biggest mistake most people make is trying to go back at the same level they were at when they stopped- try going to the gym twice a week. Make it a goal. Just go and take it easy for the first couple times, til you get used to it. Then, up your intensity and your frequency- you'll know when you're ready to do it.

Do this and you'll be a whole lot better off than if you try and use diet pills (most of which have some pretty nasty side effects)

vitamin

You should definately take a daily multi-vitamin! Chances are you are not getting them through diet alone! B3, B6 and B12 are huge energy boosters. Green tea is great w/ antioxidants.
