just joined... now what?

Ok, just joined PEERtrainer, and sounds like a good
idea. Would like to find a group of/for men, who are looking to lose weight and get into better shape
.
Me... I'm 41, and would like to lose about 25-30lbs. Currently 212, would like to fit into my 34" waist pants again! have worked out some in the past, and have equipment, just need to get motivated, and STAY motivated.

Click up on top where it says "find/create a group." You can search there and find a group, or more, to join.

You're going to have a tough time finding a group of only men. I know because I tried when I first joined PeerTrainer, using the "search' feature in the community.

I even started a group thinking it would attract a bunch of grumpy guys like me. It immediately filled up with 3 interesting, intelligent, dedicated women. We have worked well together and we are all achieving our goals.

My recommendation would be to check out several groups and join one (or more) that appear(s) to have goals similar to your own. Keep trying until you find a group that works for you.

Good luck!
