The best cardio song

No matter how tired or weak I feel this song ALWAYS motivates me to pump it up. Its by Anastasia and its called "Paid my dues" and she talks about how no one can stop her from getting what she wants - thats she;s too strong, too proud, etc. it starts "you can do what you want to me, say what you want to me but you can NEVER Stop me! She says that she has what she has becuase she paid her dues... I guess its like health and weight loss - you have to work hard for what you have and you have it because you paid your dues!

Any other songs that totally get you goin?

This is a kinda weird one but it always works for me - "I'll Make A Man Out of You" from the Disney movie Mulan. Its just really motivating! The first line is, "Let's get down to business / To defeat / The Huns!" But it motivates me to get down to business to defeat FAT!

If you don't mind crude lyrics and hopefully your listening to an mp3 with earphones lol .... Eminem has some great music to do cardio to.... "Without Me", Eminem and Shaggy do " Eye of the tiger" which is a great beat. I have an hour of rap basically on my MP3 and its great to run to. Again its no good if you have a problem with crude lyrics.

I'm such a sucker for rap when I'm working out on a cardio machine (Chingy for slower days, haha), but when I'm boxing, it's Pantera all the way.

When I do sports, I like to listen to motivating music that also beats to the rhythm of my heart. I turn on the speakers at full power and get high. By the way, I recently read a review on best bookshelf speakers under 500, just check this out. I'm thinking of buying some new ones. How cool are they?
