Yo-Yo : not a rap song

I'm frustrated because I yo-yo back and forth from losing 5-7 pounds and then gaining it back and then a few more on top!!

I go through these cycles where I'll eat so much and gain weight, feel bad about myself, really strive to lose weight, lose 7 pounds, get happy again only to gain the weight back.

Does this happen to anyone else and what can I do to keep the weight off?

It happens to me which makes me feel like I've been in weight loss mode for the last 15 years of my life. It happens because I slack on the good habits that helped me lose the weight. I'll keep up the exercise, but my eating habits go (back) to hell - I'll start eating bread at restaurants, I'll resume night time snacking, I'll go for seconds, I'll have that dessert, etc. To keep the weigh off I've got to abandon the idea that now that I'm thin I can eat what I want.

Once you lose the weight keep the mindset!!
