Totally unbiased research sponsored by the maker of aspartame

From the WEBmd home page...

"We conclude aspartame is very safe."
- study conducted by the panel convened by the Burdock Group, a consulting firm serving the food, dietary supplement, and cosmetics industries. It was funded by Ajinomoto Company Inc., a major maker of aspartame.

aspartame may well be safe as they say, but having the maker of the drug fund the study makes me ask myself why this couldn't be done in some unbiased way. I'd really like to know if this stuff is safe.

I agree the wording of that story was pretty funny.

Thanks for sharing the article

I truly hope aspertame does not cause disease, so many people use it.

I watched a very interesting documentary on aspertame, I have posted the link.

I do not know if it is %100 accurate, it is so difficult to know what is biased and what is not but for myself, I do not use it, just to be cautious.
