58 Years Young without a Thyroid Needs to lose 100#
Help me if you can. I have NO Motivation. I work 9.5 hours at a desk job talking on the phone and on my pc.
Come home and sit on recliner all night long.
I am also asthmatic, so exercising makes breathing hard.
I NEED a ton of help.
I get MUCH yelled at from my husband. He thinks I am useless.
I wish I could change my life.

start small . start moving for 15 minutes a day.
you have to make the choice to get off that recliner and move.
this is your health. you need to make a list of the reasons you want to lose weight. look at that list when you are tempted to eat something you know you shouldnt have.
pick a plan that interests you or even start just watching portions. learn correct portion sizes. research. find exercises you can do while sitting at your computer desk.
its all about making small changes in your life. you are not useless. you can do this. believe in yourself.
put your wants into action. do something to change your life.
