New team that will be limited to 10 dedicated and motivated women who are using The Beck Diet Solution needs 7 more members.
There will be a challenge starting September 24th - December 24th using your chosen diet and The Beck Diet Solution. We will be posting our thoughts and experiences back at Day 1 in the book on Sept. 24th, but you should still continue with your weightloss plan if you have already done so.
Team will become private at 10. This is perfect for those who feel left out of the larger teams. We will not allow you to fall in the cracks.
Serious Inquiries only. Must have the book. No look on's. Beg, borrow or steal (don't really steal), but you must have the book to fully participate. By now you should be able to buy it used or borrow it from the library.
