What is the max calories you can consume without gaining weight?

I am 5'2" I weight 133 lbs and I am 38 years old. I want to lose 10 lbs I exercise 5 days a week doing 60 min of cardio. How many calories can I eat and still lose weight?

Depends on how quickly you want to lose. I'd suggest finding a calculator online to get an idea of what you need to maintain your weight and work from there.

I can tell you I'm the same height and age, and I was the same weight and I lost the most weight eating 1200 calories a day, but I still lost at least a pound with an upper range of 1500. I did a lot less cardio, though, and focused my time on strength training.
