I love PT

I've noticed more and more comments complaining about PT.

I just wanted to say that I love PT! I really appreciate this site. It has helped me reach several goals and has introduced me to some wonderful people.

Thanks PT!

Who's with me? Let's spread the love!

amazing site, have met amazing friends here that are loving and supportive.. they also kick my butt when I need it..

I guess we have to look at PT like all other things.. there are always pros and cons about certain things..

dont let the rotten apples that like starting trouble deter you away from a wonderful, helpful site full of people that share what you are experiencing..

so yes I agree I love pt as well.

although i can think of a few "improvements" to the site for usability and so forth (i'm a pixel pusher), i absolutely LOVE PT!!! it's the best. i couldn't have lost my 42 pounds to date since march without the support and accountability of my friends here. it's been a truly rewarding and positive experience! ;o)

Amazing site, I can not express how much help it has provided me and how wonderful and friendly the people I have met on here are. They are like my weight-loss family and they have been with me from the start. I love it and thanks to PT I have lost 30lbs and found the strength in myself to continue losing the last 20.

Yeah, this is a great venture. I've looked at a couple other web sites with this focus and this one is the best for the real stuff.....community building and contact with others who are working on the same themes in their lives.

What I like too is the range and diversity here. This is not an easy thing....and I think that's where PT community experiences challenge. We come from all walks of life, all ages and there is a tremendous range of values. This makes some of the PT community threads "colorful" at best and vitriolic in other times. Controversy is bound to show up here....but ultimately, it is about conversation.

So I have to say I feel deep appreciation that PT is here.

Love love love my PT

After years of weight watchers, tons of books & magazines and a couple personal trainers, there wasn't much anyone could teach me about weightloss & fitness anymore. But I was in a funk I couldn't get out of. I would muster up the determination to diet/exercise for a week or two tops, often just a few days and then give up. When I hired my second personal trainer, I asked him specifically to review my food logs, knowing how powerful it was for me to have to report to someone. He did it once. I've met some lovely people on here, but it is truly the way that PT is set up that has brought me success.

Pt was the best thing that ever happened to me and I left it for a while due to health issues and now I regret losing all the wonderful members I had build a relationship with. All I can say is girls you know who you are and know that if I can find you I will. And thank you to the girls who welcomed me back with open arms. I was a fool to leave and think I didn't need your help. Boy was I wrong. luv gg :o)
