No energy

I'm trying to figure out if this is a slump or possibly some medical reason. I have literally had no energy the past week. I have a DVR and an elliptical and I ride my elliptical while watching my favorite shows. I haven't had any energy and haven't ridden my elliptical since last Wednesday however I haven't cheated and watched my shows while not riding it either. I just don't have the energy to even watch TV. I really want to watch these shows, but to be honest I don't have the energy to even really want to... if that makes any sense. I'm just so tired I've been going to be at 9:30-10:00 every night. I don't have any other symptoms of a cold or allergies or anything but I'm just wondering if something else may be going on to explain this sudden lack of energy???

Could be lots of things

Of course, check with your doc first.
Additionally,
a. make sure you are getting enough calories
b. make sure you are properly hydrated
c. make sure you aren't depressed
d. a urinary tract infection can cause these symptoms

Sometimes it's good to give into it and spend an entire day on the couch doing nothing but reading. your body may be telling you that's just what you need.

Or, if it helps to just go outside for a 10 minute walk and see if you can manage it.

You might find that it's a change-of-seasons thing. I know that sounds odd, but I've heard similar remarks from lots of people at this time of year for the last few years. For some it's a dive in energy, for others it's an inability to sleep well. It passes in a couple of weeks.

i AGREE WITH ALL OF THE ABOVE. GOING INTO NOVEMBER CAN BE A BIG TRIP OF THE SWITCH, YOU HAVE ALL OF THE MOLD AND RAGWEED ALLERGIES THAT CAN HAVE REALLY NON-DESCRIPT SYMPTOMS, EVEN IF YOUR IN A HOT DRY CLIMATE, YOU STILL HAVE CHANGES. ALSO, MAYBE YOUR BODY JUST BUMPED INTO A CHANGE AS A RESULT OF FOOD CHANGE, LIGHT CHANGES, NEEDING A DIFFERENT KIND OF EXERCISE. TRY TO GO TO SOMETHING MORE SOOTHING LIKE YOGA, TO REBUILD YOUR STRENGHT.
