I want to be a model so I am not fat but I want to loose weight, so I need to do it fast has anyone ever lost weight in extreme measures starving and such, if so I would definitely like to hear your story ;)

Yes I have I lost 90 pounds in 3 month one time and was so sick I ended up going to the dr and he told me "if I was 30 years old I would be dead."
Word for word.
I was 15 at the time.
You can't treat your body badly and expect it not to treat you badly.
It messes up your whole system not just your metabolism like everyone talks about. Your electrolytes and for the life of me I can't remember what the other serious thing was.
I still fight the urge to diet that hard.
Recently I have been on a strict diet and had to increase my calories because it got so bad I could hardly function. I guess that is what that dr was talking about. As you get older your body can't take what it used to.
I am now in my early 40's.
I just encourage you to be careful because you have to live with this body forever and what you do now will affect you later. It always does.
I don't know that the words fast and healthy can be in the same diet.
