With weight gain, do your feet also get bigger?

...to where you have to buy larger shoes. I went from a size 7 to an 8!

What the?

Anyone?

on the other end of the spectrum.. I weighed 370 when I lost 165 pounds my feet went froma 11 to a 10.. Im hoping with the last 40 they will go to a nine.. so its possible weight gain could add a size if you follow the logic of how my feet went when I lost weight.

I was going to say the same thing. I have lost weight before and my shoe size got smaller. I guess every part of you changes. Just be thankful you have small feet. I wear a mens 10 1/2-11. Try finding pretty girly shoes. Not possible.

I never experienced a change in shoe size from weight fluctuations (but then again I only lost or gained about 15% of my body weight), but I know for certain that running for long distances made my feet bigger by about half a size.
