online exercise log

how many of you have kept a written journal and have switched to an online one? is this format easier?

I didn't keep and exercise log but a food diary and then about 2 months into it found peertrainer and log here now and print out my logs every so often. I find it to be much easier. It only takes a few minutes and it is a huge help to see when something either does or doesn't work what was I doing or eating at the time.
Besides why go through the physical writing it down when typing is so much easier and faster and you can print them out.
The only key in my opinion is to be honest. If not you are only defeating yourself.

It's Worth It!

It takes longer to get into my log here at PT than to jot my food on paper, but no one else was reading my food/exercise journals at home, and no one noticed when I stopped journalling for periods of times.
